The task of the game is to try dress the character up into a certain outfit and if it's successfully dressed up in the right outfit then the person continues to the next level. The levels become harder as a timer is involved and the characters has to be dressed in a short amount of time.
Client Questioning Process
Madi Rosa
One of the questions ask to the client, Madi Rosa, was about their company name and what they do. Madi Rosa answered saying she is a self-employed make-up artist and calls her own company Madi Rosa MUA, her job is to complete others makeup for special events such as formal, weddings, birthdays and many other important events. This was useful information for myself as a creator, as I know what the client does and how I’d portray how I want the logo and game to look like.
The aim of the game in Rosa prospective would be something that relates to what Rosa does as a job. Her wish for the game was to have a multiple level game that continues to become harder and entertain kids for longer.
Rosa would appreciate for the game to be capturing for younger kids, especially young girls who would be entertained for hours. A request she discussed was that the music/ sound effects were entertaining and bubbly as it should help keep girls entertained for hours.
Proposal
2K18 GRWM
Urban Cuts will create a dressing up game called “2K18 GRWM” (get ready with me). This game will be suitable for the target audience which was for young people between the age of 5-12 and for both genders, but most likely for females. The target for this game is to dress up the chosen character of your choice either a celebrity or average kind of person and to dress them into whatever clothes you want. You can choose whether it’s a dress up for events like formal, dinner, beach, movies etc. so there will be heaps of clothing and different backgrounds to choose from. Rosa is wanting the game to be created so that the player has to view an outfit, memorize it and try re-create it and try your best not to get it wrong. The game will consist of multiple different outfits and clothing.
Sound used will involve bubbly music and songs that are very popular for examples music will be more girly and bubbly and something similar to a Justin Bieber kind of sound. This will add to become more entertaining and engage children into the game more. The graphics of the game will be cartoon like which will entertain children and keep them interested.
Below are some outfits that will be used in the game but re-created and tweened a bit.

REFLECTION

The game that I created is a simple game which consist of many levels and trying to dress a character within a certain amount of time. The relationship I have with the client is that she was my makeup artist for formal.
If i was to improve my game more I'd want to add more levels and try make it look a bit more game worthy. I'm happy with what I have come up with but it can be improve massively to make it something more appealing.
