Moonlight Games has produced a Memory Game created in Construct 2 for the age care company Anglicare. This memory game will be simple and produce an easy and calm tone for the player to enjoy. The design of this game will match the requirements from the client including preferences on colours and sound. Memory Match will entertain the players while also challenging their ability to memorise colours and flowers printed on the cards.
MoonLight Gaming has given eight questions to the client based upon her job description and what she would like to see in a game regarding her business. Answers to these questions consisted of naming the company's top attributes, the company's main clients and job description and how they would like their game to look and run. Leah explained she wanted a calm game for her elderly clients to train their minds as well as being entertained. Leah explained her company's three best attributes were trust, care and assistance. The question that did not have an impact on the game included the name of the company as it it not discussed or included. The best answered questions included what age group the game was going to be made for as well as well as asking what Leah herself would look for in a game for her own clients. Leah was happy with the overall proposal and responded "I agree with this proposal and I think it will be a great attribute to Anglicare."

Hi Ella, 1. Summary: Not too bad, but could end up a little more detailed. Think of this like the introduction to an essay. It needs to sum everything else up more effectively. 2. Questions: This is heading in the right direction, but I’m after: a. Some examples of questions which worked well (gave you good information) and gave you design ideas b. Some examples of questions which didn’t work well c. A description of how you developed your ideas from these questions 3. Proposal: Needs images! Not too bad, but should be separated into major paragraphs which sum up the different concepts (gameplay, sound, etc.), and I’d like a little more detail, plus your client’s response. 4. Game: I was very keen to see it, but unfortunately you’ve submitted the wrong thing! You need to save the project as a single file when you are ready to submit.
Overall I am happy with he final result of the game as well at the aesthetic of the colours combined with the photos on the cards. The game reflected the clients needs colour wise as well as creating a final game that is specifically made to challenge the players memory.
I think my game was successful because it matched the needs of the client amd created an entertaining yet educational game for any age.
